I just read that the clutch bleeder screw is on the external slave cylinder. I'm gonna bleed mine in the next few days. The slave is the black plastic piece bolted onto the bell housing of the transmission. Look here for bleeding details:

As for the grinding, the reverse gear in the AX15 is not synchronized. This means that it is gonna grind. Mine grinds, yours grinds, all the others grind too. It's easy to eliminate this problem. Try shifting into 2nd and then 4th before you shift into reverse. So just go 2-4-Reverse. It usually does the trick.
