Need help to smog for 89 wrangler

Can someone Help me figure out what I'm supposed to do here maybe some tips because I'm the first time Jeep owner the jeep was sitting for three years. I ran gas through it about two times, I've checked the spark plugs look fine , I changed the oil. I really want to be able to drive my jeep it's been sitting around since I've had it for about four months and I can't really do anything until I pass smog

As I understand it. cat converters operate best when very hot. Take a chance and go out and run the crap out of it a couple of times and make sure its hot when you go get it smogged.

Go to google and type in how to pass a smog inspection. There is a site that explains everything. It also has tips on how to prepare for a smog, and will help you understand you test reading and how to fix them. I used it on my 89 2.5 and was able to fix the issues quickly.
