i just recently became the owner of a 94 yj, 2.5L 6cyl. and having a few issues id like some help on. I am having the wobble of death i think its called and am currently replacing all the bushing seeing that they are all shot. replaced what was a PVC pipe air intake with one my friend and i bought, new belt and spark plugs, but still seems like no power, i don't know if it might be the 7" lift and 33x12.5x15's it sits on, or just poorly taken care of. right now i have the idea of lowering it down a bit, and maybe replacing the engine. would just like a few opinions on the situation. kinda a big change from my previous 2012 JK

The engine in the picture is a 2.5L four cylinder.

Death wobble at what speed? It could be as simple as air pressure to worn out steering components.

Post some pictures of your lift to include front steering setup.

The power issue on a 4 banger is the fact that there is just not enough power from a 4 banger. They are good for the first three gears and then on highway they are weak. With the lift and tires that right there kills them. But you can fix the power issue by regearing the axles. That's the best improvement for a 4 banger. But there are other things that you can check on a 4 banger that MIGHT help the power. Check distributor and timing and fuel filter and fuel pump. Check for fuel pressure.

How many miles on it? It could just be worn out too.

ill usally get it up to 45 mph and it will try to correct itself, im taking it in to get all new bushings this sat. and the tire pressure is good and the same,as for regearing yes iv thought about that, or either just replacing the engine all together becuse i get the feeling the last guy to own this went big on a little engine. right now it has 194,000 miles, and ill get a picture of the lift tomorrow
