Cool New Guy Trying to Change Out Auto Transmission Cooler Lines

Hey everyone,
A new Jeep owner here - finally got the toy I always wanted! I just changed out the radiator and thermostat, but noticed the auto transmission lines that attach to the radiator are leaking a bit, but only where they directly attach to the radiator itself. I want to change them out, but they look a little unique. From what I've seen/heard on the site so far, it sounds like I can just cut them off and have Napa help me make some new ones - is that about right? I got some parts that look like they might specifically be for these lines with my new radiator, but I am just wondering - 1.) will radiator fluid rush out (the system is of course full right now) once I disconnect that line and 2.) do I really just cut the old line off? If so, at what point? It looks like it is crimped on there to attach the rubber hose to the metal line - at what point do I cut it off? If I cut it off, I am assuming AT fluid will gush out, right? Any thoughts or advice would be great! Thanks for the help.
