New lift, weird noises

Hi. Just installed RC 2.5 spring lift and used skyjacker front and rear track bar relocation brackets. Every time I torque the rear end even a little (for instance backing off the driveway curb) it makes creaking or little metal scraping noises. The bracket kit came without instructions, but I was able to find them online, however they give no torque specs for the track bar when ascends back to the bracket. I think the sound is the bar sliding back and forth in the slot but i don't think it should sound like that. Should I be worried? How can I make it quiet down?

Sorry for the long winded post. Thanks in advance.

Would anyone just happen to know the torque spec for the rear track bar?

I added a washer as a spacer in my rear bracket because mine was a bit loose. you could try that.

Well mine was tight actually. I had to park downhill to get the rear axle in the right position to get it in the bracket. (I thought about just beating it with a 5lb hammer but that hasn't ended well in the past) I tried adding washers on the outside but that didn't help either
