There are a few good options out there. Bestop is probably the most popular and best quality. Then you have rampage and rugged ridge, both a little cheaper and good quality. I have a rampage top and its very nice and fits well. You will need to make sure you order the top for the right application as well. I have full hard doors and the tops are different for half doors ect. Also keep in mind you can get them with all new mounting hardware and bows wich is a good idea if you want a good weather tight fit.
As far as buying one goes you can get any of these brands at just about any off road shop for a decent price or order one on amazon likei did and save some money for other parts. Mine was about 450 shipped with all new hardware from amazon. Hope this helps and good luck.

I have a Rugged Ridge top with skins and I find the quality very good. When I replace mine this Summer I'll buy this Brand again. It's cost is good. One thing worth paying attention to is the window zippers. For the door skins, my opinion is that they are a tad too small of gauge, but I don't know if any one manufacturer makes a heavy duty zippered skin? With my current RR top, I don't get much billowing or popping at speed (60-70) as the top fits rather taunt. I have factory or factory copy hardware which I like and the Family roll bar. I get a few drips at speed from the passenger side windshield joining area, just a couple, and thats in moderate rain, but this top is likely 5-8 years old. The canvas shows no signs of tear or rip or abrasion, but it's been a street mostly Jeep. They all say Best Top is the top of the line...... But even old, I'm content with mine.
Slow awake, Fast asleep.....

Bestop Replace-A-Top...mine still looks like new and its been on since 2003. My hardware was in excellent shape, so I saved money with just replacing the skin. Mine, at least has the large tooth style heavy plastic teeth, instead of the fine tooth...big plus in longevity.
