No Lift. Vibration under hard acceleration in first gear

I have a 95 YJ 4.0 with 5 speed manual trany. Under hard acceleration in first gear I get a lot of vibration and the shift leaver shakes( side to side i beleive) almost like with every revolution of the tire or drive shaft. Second gear is a very slight vibration. none in any of the higher gears, and only with hard acceleration can i even feel it in second gear. Normal acceleration in first is a very limited shake. I have replaced the front u-joint on the rear shaft that was bad, and the rear joint on the rear shaft looks and feels fine. The jeep is at stock ride hight and tire size. should i go ahead and change the rear u-joint just to make sure that it is not the problem? or do you guys have any other ideas? Thanks

I am new to the jeep world and could be a hundred miles off, but if you get that kind of vibration under heavy load it could have something to do with the motor mounts bushings or transfer case mount bushings...
