Have you checked that you're actually getting power to all those?
Stick a multimeter/circuit tester at the connection to the distributor. If you have power there, you should get spark.
If not, recheck all the connections, fuse box and the main ignition switch on the lower back of steering column. Could be a broken wire, too....basically, you're going to have to chase the current from it's source and find where it's not getting thru.
I haven't heard of the distributor pick ups going bad often, but that's a remote possibility, too.
