No YJ headlights- help!

OK, so the fuel gremlin is gone, but apparently the little a$$hole moved into my electrical system. When I hit the headlights I get my tail lights & turn signals, but no headlights. New bulbs, fuse in PDC looks fine, both lights grounded as they should be near as I can tell. What gives???

That's a 30 amp fuse, not a relay that I can find... Am I missing something?
