off road questions

hey guys i have a couple quick questions, and i really didnt know where to post them, but anyway. I have a stock 95 yj and i want to start to do some more offroading. I know a stock jeep is pretty dang good at anything, but i was wondering if there are any things i should get before i start offroading to help me out.
-Thanks, Sam

I would suggest getting recovery points for both the front and rear in case you do get stuck. First aid kit, basic tools, flashlight, tow strap, etc. Oh, and at least one other vehicle to go along. Safer and more fun that way.

^^ X2 - Recovery points (tow hooks etc) and your own tow strap is a must.. Other than that.. some guts and a buddy is always good.

Always have a friend (in a diff truck) along and a tow strap is a must! An small box of tools is nice! And plenty of water!
