Oil from dipstick tube......

I bought a 94 yj 2.5 with massive oil leaks, repaired all the leaks now I am getting oil from the dipstick tube. My oil level is fine (not overfilled) any suggestions?

PVC clogged or not working? Excessive blow-by?

The crankcase is one place there shouldn't be any pressure, good luck with the compression test, so far it doesn't sound good.
