oil on dipstick has yellow substance mixed in with the oil

My 1987 2.5 jeep wrangler has a yellow substance all over the dipstick. It showed up out of the blue about a month ago after not driving it for 4 days but it cleared up that day after driving it around. This morning it showed up again all over the dipstick. The water level in the radiator is still slam full and the color of the water is still green(antifreeze)color. Does anybody know why or what this could be caused from? If it's a headgasket wouldn't i be losing water from the radiator? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Could be condensation. Usually a good highway drive will take care of it. Check your PCV system.

Thanks yall. I feel alot better about it know. I was hoping that condensation/the colder weather was what was causing it.
