One speed wipers

One of the little things that bugs me, so I will have to fix it, is the wipers on my 90 only go one speed. It has intermittent wipers. On delay or high, there are no wipers. On lo, they work. If you shut them off, they stop where ever they were. Snce I just put in a brand new (rebuilt) steering column from Columns Galore, i am going to rule out the switch. It has done it with both. So now I am to the piece that is velcroed to to the small metal plate under the dash. I have talked with quadratec and they didnt know what that part is called, not do they have one. I have checked on the web at autozone and napa and they dont have any part listed that looks right. No salvage yards here have jeeps. Any ideas what the part is called or where I can get one?

My wipers have two speeds but it's mis-labeled Hi & Lo

It should read Slow & Pitiful Slow.
