Panel Replacement

I've got some pretty bad rust on my 92. The drivers floor is almost completely rotted out and the passengers side is nearly the same. I've priced out the panels through Quadratec and they are 40.XX each. Just curious is any other members have gone through the panel replacement process. I have basic body skills and am able to do this myself, just looking for some tips or tricks to replacing them. I did search first and came up with no relevant threads.
