Angry Popping out of 5th gear!

This is the first time using this forum I hope you guys can help. I picked up a 95 Wrangler from a friend with 120k. it's been very well taken care of, after 5th gear started making some bad noises. It's an AX5 trans after taking it apart and finding some teeth broken on the 5th gear main and counter shaft, both gears were replacer along with the sleeve, 3 keys, syncro ring, and 5th gear spacer were replaced. All the shift forks show no signs of wear, but after reassymblying and installing the trans it works fine except when driving in 5th gear and letting off the gas the trans will go into neutral every time if I push in the clutch it's fine it's only when I reverse the load.
I have taken the trans apart twice and rechecked my work but I cat seen to find anything wrong and it didn't do this before 5th gear broke. I hope somebody has seen this before and can help

Scott

Add some bigger tires to the stock ratio and you wont even think about 5th

How about thinking easier. Is it binding with the body somewhere so when you let go of the gas it pushes it out?

Does it grind at all when shifting in to 5th?
