I have been having a nasty squeak in my serpentine belt for a month or so. I replaced the water pump after I found the drive shaft was loose. Had the alternator tested and it didn't squeak, but was weak so I replaced that. I don't have a/c, so I came down to the power steering pump. I ordered a rebuild kit, but go shafted on the parts. It was supposed to come with all the seals and bearing, but all I got from Edelmann was 3 o-rings and the wrong diagram. I took the pump apart anyways to clean it. After I put it back together, it stopped squeaking, but now it is running rough and won't stop whining. I have tried twice now to bleed it, but still blowing bubbles into the reservoir. I think I may have put something in backwards. Does anyone know where I can get a break-down diagram or instructions on how to put it back together?
I am getting ready to deploy to Afghanistan and need info as soon as possible!!
