Questions on 4.0L head conversion??

well with xmas almost here, i am wanting to do some more things to the jeep. ` and now with the bigger tires on there, i could use some xtra power. im been thinking of the head conversion and wondering who has done one?

just wondering what exactly i need? i know i need a 4.0 head, need the water jackets welded, need a 4.0L header or manifold, but besides the obvious, what else would i need? what problems should i look out for?

i plan on having an MC 2100 on there with the TFI upgrade done this winter also. just curious to see who else has run this setup, and how they liked it? is it worth it? i found a bunch of heads in my surrounding junk yards from $100-150, and i plan on rebuiling it myself, minus the water jackets getting welded. does that sound like a good price for these heads?

thanks guys!
