Radio Fuse

i bought a 92 off a (now ex) friend and it didnt have a radio
so today i went to put one in and after installing it i turned my jeep on and nothing
so i checked interior fuse box and i dont have a radio fuse
so i have a couple different sized fuses but none fit in the slot for it
an someone please post a pic of the fuse that should go there or a link to where i can pick one up

thanks

not sure about the amps. you can pick them up at walmart, gas stations and auto parts stores. they have different colors for diff amps. you should probably buy a kit that comes with some of all sizes. heres a pic of what thay look like. item #4

is it the correct one? there are two sizes of fuses. some are called maxi fuses. you need the smaller size for that application. if it is the correct one, it just needs a little more elbow grease.

just a thought. disconnect your battery. try to put a small, thin bladed straight slot screwdriver into the fuse slots. if there has been no fuse in there for a long time, the slots may be really corroded closed. disconnect the battery before trying this.

actually, the fuse in question is not a maxi. it is a miniaturized fuse.
