Random engine sputtering

I have a 1993 Wrangler YJ, 4.0 5 spd, 4" suspension lift and about 86,000 miles on the odo. I am experiencing a sputter around the 50-60 mph range. I have replaced the fuel filter, pump and regulator. Appears to be worse at the half and blow tank mark. Its a random event, I tried seeing if it was temp, terrain or any other possible common denominator but have yet to find one. Is there a solution or is it just a Jeep thing? Thanks in advance!!
p.s. Have run several bottles of injector cleaner through fuel tank, no fix

Try unplugging the O2 sensor and driving it...

Patience and perseverance have a magical affect before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish.
