re arching leaf springs.

i have a 4 inch Rough Country lift on my yj, but the passenger side leaf springs are saggy and look bad.

should i just buy a new lift from Rough Country, or attempt to re-arch the leaf springs? and ideas on how much the re-arching would cost?

Depending on if you are the original purchaser of the lift kit, Rough Country should warranty sagging springs. There is a different "jeep forum" out there with a RC rep as a member. Contact him for warranty info. The company seems to be really stepping up on customer service for their products. Good luck.

There's a company in Grand Junction Colorado with a great reputation for leaf springs and re-arching. They get recommended by Colorado and Utah Jeepers all the time.

If you re-arch the springs, they will just bend @ that same spot again. The metals has been streched & fatigued there & has lost some of its tensile strength. It may work for a while; but will bend again.
