Rear axle question

I'm getting a little in and out play here where the arrow is. I dont know if this is normal, both rear hubs have the same amount of play less than 1/8th movement. Also when I turn the hub right and left, I get a little play.

Should not an issue as far as I know on either the in/out or the around.
