rear brake line

:hey peeps, need some help.
just got my hands on a 1990 jeep wrangler 4.2l, needs some work. not too mechanically inclined, but got the manual and i 'm going for it.
i'm replacing the entire rear brake system, while i was unbolting the rear line (from the wheel cylinder) the line snapped. i thought it would be a easy find. but i can't seem to find the steel line at a parts store or online. was told that i might have to "make" a new line. any advice would very helpful.

You can go to your nearest parts store and buy lengths of brake line. The come in lots of different lengths and even different types of unions at either end. Another route that you could go is build the lines yourself, they sell a tool to cuts and bends the ends of the lines for the unions that you choose. I hope this helps. What manual are you using?

been there done that. i bought a length of straight brake line at ghetto-zone and a 4 dollar tube bending tool. wasnt too hard to do. i used the old line to help model the new line's bends.

Try Napa we have a warehouse not to far from my house that could be why I can get the parts easier...
