Rear driveshaft slipping/clunk question

I thought I would post here to see if I could muster up some advice.

I have a 93 yj and just yesterday when I drove it, I noticed the loudest clunk when I would take off or especially turn. At normal freeway speeds, I didn't notice anything.

I thought it might be the track bar so I removed it.

I was able to duplicate it while someone else drove and could see underneath.

So what I saw what's the drive shaft coming out of the transfer case slipping creating a loud clunk. It is a fairly new TC.

So my question is has anyone else seen the shaft slip like this creating that sound and if so, what was he issue?

Thanks in advance.
