Rear End Brackets

Where's the best place to get new rear in brackets for my shocks and sway bar mine are getting rusty and would like to cut them off and weld new ones on

First off you don't have a sway bar unless you have installed one yourself. That bar that goes from your frame to the top of the axle housing is a trac bar. This can be removed and not used, it won't hinder anything. All it's purpose is to keep the rear axle aligned under the Jeep but your leaf springs do this already.
