Rear Sway Bar Broke and Severed Brake Hose

So, the rear away bar broke on my 94 wrangler. Broke off at the axle and bounced around a bit and severed the rear brake hose.

I'm going to remove the away bar altogether, that I don't care about.

But I noticed that the hose has a fitting with a hex to unscrew on one side but where it connects at the axle is some kind of molded fitting.

Is there a way to replace just this hose without that whole harness and fitting assembly on the axle?

This is probably what your are talking about:

The vent hose on the top of it holds it in and unscrews from the axle tube

And be very careful removing the bolt. it's a special bolt that doubles as the vent line for the differential (it's hollow). Snap it and you'll be going to the stealership.
