Rear track bar

In the 8.8 swaps I've seen, I haven't seen the rear track bar mounted........or did I just miss it?

Most people just throw them away, I did. The leaf springs locate the axle in normal driving conditions.

it would matter with it on or not. A trac bar just keeps the axle centered under the vehicle. but with 2 leaf springs in a YJ they keep it pretty much centered. To prevent spring wrap, you'd need a traction bar or ladder bar to prevent that.

I removed the rear track bar first and to be honest never noticed a difference. I then removed the front and never noticed it was gone. The leaf springs locate the axle well without help.
If you drive it as a DD or on the road much keep your sway bars as I did notice when they were removed. I never put them back but i did notice they were gone
