removal of factory gas tank skid plate help

Part of my gas tank skid plate is rusted through and falling apart. the part closest to the tail pipe. Now i figured i just buy a replacement and just take the old one off but as i got under my jeep and looked up at the 3 bolts connecting the skid plate to the underside of the jeep i saw they were totally rusted to sh*t. then i felt the top of the bolt where the head is and the head of the bolts were actually corroded and there was barely any of the head left. i tried to fit a 4 inch handheld grinder/cutter up there but there isnt enough room to work.

does anybody have and suggestions or ideas on what i can do to get the 3 bolts out?

if you have a dremel or something similar they sell cut of kits for those that should fit up there, they also have a flexible extension thats like 30" long so you don't have to shove the whole dremel up there.

You can also drill the bolt head out, I've had to do that many times, just get a good drill bit that's as big as the bolt head and drill it till it comes off then use an easy out or some plyers to take the rest of the bolt out.
