replace headlight switch

I need to replace my headlight switch. Is there an easy way to do this, right now it looks like I would have to remove the dash to get the screws that hold it in.

'93 Wrangler 4.0 5sp

Thanks.

You can find these switches/small dash light rockers in most older Cherokee's sitting in junk yards that will work in wranglers. I had to replace my fog light switch and didn't want to spend and arm and a leg on a new one. Cheapest rocker OEM switch I could find was like 34 bucks.
The local pay and pull junk yard it cost me 2 bucks to get in and a whopping 5 bucks for 2 switches. ( I pulled two out of a couple Cherokees in case one didn't work) Most dashes are torn apart in the junk yard... so the switches, harnesses etc are easy to get to and remove.

Great picture!

starting up an old thread - How do you remove the headlight switch on a TJ? I have to wiggle my switch to have my headlights and cluster light come on. No electrical shorts anywhere. I figure if I can unplug the switch and blow out the connections re-install I would be good to go.
