Rough Country 4" Suspension Lift? Shocks?

ok, so I am getting a new lift on the Jeep. I need some help. I talked with a guy I know at my local 4x4 center ( check them out) and he took into consideration what i will be doing with my Jeep, budget, etc. and told me that the RC lift would be the best for what I want. But, I haven't talked to him about the shocks I should go with so I need some reviews on each and what you guys think.

ok, it has 3 options for shocks

Hydro 8000
Nitro 9000
Performance 2.2

hydro is the cheapest and 2.2 the most expensive
what are the pros/cons of each, and some reviews would be helpful!

thanks guys

I have the RC 4" lift and went with the gas shocks. After almost a year of them, I switced to the hydro shocks and my ride improved greatly. Save money and get the basic shocks. Our Jeeps are not really heavy and the gas shocks are rated for heavier (full size) rigs.

I got the RC 4 inch series 2 which comes with the 8000 and they work pretty good of course not the smoothest ride but they are jeeps.
