running hotter with 33's

Just put a set of 33's on my 87 YJ (replacing 32's)
Since putting on the new tires, jeep will get hotter before the thermostat kicks in and runs hotter than before.
Is this related to tires?
coolant levels are good

Doubtful, but I'd check the fan clutch first.
