running rich 2.5

New to forum....got my first Jeep...Story...Jeep was sitting for 1 1/2 years, had no spark...Replaced ICM....Runs rich.... I tested all sensors and they tested ok, one thing was that the fuel injector was stuck so I removed the screen and gently pried up on the shaft inside of injector to free it, I connected a 1.5v battery to it to see if it was free...it moved up and down.
What I was wondering is, could the injector now not be sealing so I am getting to much fuel? The reason it was parked was because the previous owner couldn't get it running....I think that it just needed the ICM, I also replaced the wires, cap, rotor, plugs.

I would replace the TB injector and also check the fuel pressure, the temp sensor needs checking too, if its faulty it can make the engine run rich...
Also get yourself a manual...
What temp is the engine running at, is there a thermostat in it?
