Safer rear seat belts for 91 YJ

I have a 91 YJ that does not have the "family friendly bars" and my wife says that she doesn't feel that the kids are safe in the back seat with only a lap belt. I read some other posts on here and the only suggestions have involved changing the sport bars to the family bars. Has anybody done a 3-point belt mod to the rear seats or does anybody have any other suggestions?

Went ahead an ordered two new belts for the rear. Hopefully they will hold a little better at the hasp as the old ones where worn and gave some slack. Thanks for the responses, but I actually like the look of the Y bars and don't really want to change them.
