Seat belt adjustment?

Hey, I know this may sound stupid and make fun of me if you will but I don't know where else to look for this.

In my 95 Wrangler, the seat belt comes right across my neck and it is such a pain. I am looking for something that will allow me to adjust the height of the seat belt so that it comes across my shoulder instead.

Thank you for any help.

Somewhat similar subject.... for my back seat I have the shoulder/lap strap part but not the half that attaches to floor in the rear. I see a hole that something could be screwed into but do not have the something.

Talking

I believe that I have seen the part you are looking for on ebay and quadratec.com. I know what you're talking about. There were so many things missing from my Jeep when I got it and have spent so much time trying to figure out what pieces I'm missing to make everything normal again. In the end I ended up taking out my back seat....I don't use it and it gives me more room to haul stuff in the back.
