Seat belt bolts

In prepping my 94 YJ for monstaliner, I had to cut off the bolt that anchors the seat belt to the side wall. Anyone know what size that bolt is? The torx bolt sucks and I need to replace it with a hex bolt.

It's not a standard size bolt, went through the same dilemma last week, it's not an m12 or 7/16 or 3/8 or m10. It is specially machined to fit in the roll cage, I ended up ordering mine directly from Jeep out of frustration

I just bolted mine to one of the cage bolts.

It's a 7/16 Fine-Thread, not Coarse.
