See if you can wedge a flathead screwdriver under there and see if you can raise it a little bit and then grab a vice wrench and pull that sucker out.

whats blocking the wrench? i've had mine out multiple times and never had an issue. have you only tried wrenches or have you tried sockets and what not to. i used a socket and extension. but not a flex socket or any flex joints, IIRC it should be fairly easy to access

Have you tried a socket and a extension from the under side yet. Worked for me?

Dito. Long extention with a deep well socket. The bolts are exposed.

I don't want this to sound mean in any way and i mean no offence. The term "not many tools" and "yj" or any older car for that matter don't go hand in hand.

Before you spend much money on modding your jeep but at least a large DECENT universal tool kit.

Or a lot of HF tools even.

If you don't have any extensions or deep wells your most likley not gonna get it. I know where its at. Ive had my seats/mounts in and out 3 times in the last 2 weeks.

Hopefully you haven't mushroomed the head of that stud with a hammer.Wait till you can get the right tools and you will find that it's not that tough of a job. Lord knows how many easy jobs I have screwed up by not using the right tool for the job. Good luck.
