The buzzer is located at the bottom right of the fuse box. Looks like a black plastic piece, below all of the fuses. It unplugs. Some have side clips to unhook to get it out.

By "buzzer" do you mean the alert sound that goes off when you are not wearing seatbelt? Im curious about this. Pics would be awesome.

I don't have any pics of it, since I took mine out many moons ago and gave it to the refuse engineer.Number 5 is the seat belt buzzer. Best I can do.

As soon as OIIIO responded I went and pulled mine. I don't even understand why jeep would waste money installing it, the damn thing doesn't even have airbags.

Because otherwise the gubmint would've been at their door with bad intent.
The '60 Plymouth I took my driver's test in didn't even have seat belts.
I don't think Chrysler started installing seat belts because they were worried about me.

does anyone know which fuse in the fuse box controls the horn and radio and that "buzzer" warning? i just bought a '95 and have been having trouble with the radio. in addition i had the seat belt buzzer scream at me for the first time yesterday, been driving it for over a week now. also, my horn works randomly. i am thinking there must be a fuse which controls all of these components that is shorting out. I have opened the fuse box and pressed down on each fuse to ensure that they are properly inserted. any ideas??

Opened the fuse box? Oh ok, you mean the one out by the battery...lol. I was lost for a second...The fuse box that you are looking for is up under the dash, drivers side, by the back side of the emergency brake pedal. take a flash light with you...its scary in there!
