Shackle lift

Is it easy to do a shackle lift? How much lift can you get out of them. Also where can I buy one for my 1994 jeep wrangler SE automatic.

Its easy but you don't want to go very high with shackles.
How much lift are you looking for?
Every inch of lift equals 2 inches of shackle

I have a 1/2" shackle lift and wouldnt do any more. They are ugly, and too much will mess up angles and things. Dont go over 1" of lift.

It is very, very easy to do but it not worth the money you will spend. Save up and get a suspension lift or body lift. If you go with more than 2" shackles you can get some crazy bump-steer, and the springs stick way down in the front like fangs and grap everything. Check link below

You are doing the right thing by asking first. I am not trrying to tell you what to do, but just trying to save you some trouble. You should see some of the Jeeps people bring me to install a suspension lift. That have 8 and 10" shackles on them before the lift

I have a 2inch one on mine and it works to fit bigger tires but im only doin it as a temporary thing till I get more money
