Shifting issues

I have been driving my Wrangler for almost 16yr. I bought a 95 Wrangler Rio Grande edition. after almost 250k miles on this beast, I am starting to have issues with it. I went out on surgery on my back in 02 and it has sat until earlier this year. wouldn't start, so I ended up replacing fuel pump, lines and stuff. got it running after changing a few relays. Now where I am lost is that I can push clutch all the way down, but very hard to get into gear. When in gear and pedal all the way down it is still trying to roll. some are saying its the clutch others say its the master or slave cylinder...any help is accepted

Try the slave and master... Its not disengaging... Therefore it rolls forward when you try to put it in gear.

You're lucky because you have an external slave. You can start by bleeding your clutch to see if that helps. If you find that bleeding does nothing, you may find that it is either the clutch master cylinder or the slave cylinder. Either way, if you replace one, you should replace the other. If one is bad it is only a matter of time before the other goes as they work hand-in-hand. Both items run about 40 bucks a piece and it is tempting to just replace one to save some cash, but it is better to do the job once and not go back to fix again at an inconvenient time.
