here are the codes that I pulled, I think these are correct.
15 Distance sensor or circuit -- no clue what this is
33 Air conditioning clutch relay -- I don't even use the AC, gonna remove it.
52 Oxygen sensor - rich condition -- Need to replace
21 Oxygen sensor or circuit -- see above

here are the number of flashes: 1 2 2 1 5 2 1 5 5 5
can anyone help?

So yeah the light is a timer to remind you to change the O2 sensor. The codes say the same thing. Simple 30 minute job.

To the right of the gas peddle is the emissions timer. Unplug I mount and throw it out if you have on my 89 did. If not fix the O2 sensor and reset. Make sure the engine is at operating temp and swing in for another smog

Goggle is your friend there is a smog website that explains a failed smog and what to fix all CA specs just put in failed smog IIRC it is smogtips.com. Check it out it is all easy.

Well, I found an 02 sensor for $12 sent to my door. I put it in, took 15 mins. Check engine light when out, the Maint Req light is still on. What else could it be? I've driven nearly 200 miles since replacing the 02 sensor.

Cat Converter...
Change the O2 anyways, a faulty O2 can wreck a Cat.

and I dont know how you did it, but your Jeep was born a 2000 Ford Ranger...
