SOA bumpstops

i can flex my junk out until the springs are going backwards. i know they wont last long if that keeps happening. im thinking i should stop them once they go flat. is that good enough and what are some ways y'all have done this. im thinking i may be able to put some 2" square tubing under the old bumpstop to work in the front, but im not sure. anyone?

fo sho on the limiting when they get flat. otherwise, like you were saying, they won't last.

i guess it depends on your purpose. if your wheelin, and rock crawlin you want that flex, ya the springs will go way past flat. that's the idea. and yes, they won't last. when i go on a good hard weekend of crawlin, the jeep is probably 1/2 inch shorter each time. i used to replace springs every year or two. back in those days they had lifetime warranties, i think i got a couple sets of sky jackers free. i don't know if they still are.

i ended up spacing my fornts down 2" andi put 4inch blocks (2x2" square tubing) on top of the spring plate in the rear. they still gointo a slight reverse arch but not much.
