I recently just softened mine up by making sure my leaf springs were torqued to 50 foot pounds and and removed my sway and track bars. It helped out alot adn still drives fine on the road for me.

I have a 2.5" lift and also just set my leafs to 45 ft lbs. Rides tons better now. Still a jeep but a lot more driveable.

To torque your springs you will need a torque wrench and set it to 50 ft lbs. just loosen the bolts, and use the wrench and tighten them until it clicks.
