Soft Top Frame HELP (Pics Provided)

I just purchased a used soft top for my 1993 YJ. I am trying to find out what this bar is that is broken in the frame and where to get the correct replacement part. I dont know the make of either the frame or soft top. It came off a 94.

It would be helpful for anyone with knowledge to please comment.

the previous owner mentioned it might be made by "western" i cat seem to find anything about that brand though.... HELP PLEASE

Are the parts interchangeable? I dont know the brand of this and it looks to be the spreader bar

the top doesnt have any kind of tag or anything on it?

it only has a tag with a patent # on it

Ok just checked the patent # apparently its a best top. Should i just contact them about the frame?

quadratec has replacement parts under soft top hardware.
