my application is different than yours but it may help. i have a softopper frameless top. cj 2 piece soft doors. the skin on the upper is from a tj. i had to "modify" the skin a little to allow the "pins" into their respective holes. everything lines up pretty much as it should. it may take you a little finessing into position but it shouldn't be too hard. the only problem you may run into would be the back where the tub, door, and top come together. if i recall correctly, the tj has a slightly different shape back there. mine are not perfect but work for me. i only use the soft doors in the warm seasons on rainy days just to keep dry and they were cheap.($50 for the doors and the upper skins were free) good luck sorry to be long winded.
