Soft upper door question?

I just bought a new smittybilt soft top with the window skins. I was putting the windows on the frame yesterday and it was like 70 degrees but the windows where still extremely hard to fit around the frame. I got them on but when I go to shut the door the frame is off set by an inch or so. Any suggest that would fix this problem.

They usually take a day or two to wrestle into proper shape. This is assuming you have the right skins for your frames & that you didn't bend the 3 locating bars at the bottom. Just might take a little tweaking to fit properly...mine (best top) did.
