I'm sure I'm stating the obvious but go over all the steps you did because If it was running before than it's something you did. good luck

What exactly did you do to the jeep? You mentioned the cables what else were you doing to it? Be specific it will help us point you in the right direction. why were you taking the cables off in the first place ? All this will help.

All I did was take the wires out and spark plugs. But I took the wires all out at once forgetting the correct order. But I found the correct order in the manual and it still will not start. I haven't done anything else to it. I just got the jeep and the plugs and cables were old.

all your wires are firmly plugged into the distributer cap and spark plugs? all your spark plugs are installed all the way in the threads? they arent threaded croaked or anything right? what brand plugs and wires did you get?

You could pull the boot an have someone crNk it while you check spark. That'll eliminate that pretty quickly. If it's weak check dist cap and rotor. Otherwise your plug wires are crossed. Guessed you learned the most important part of doing your own plugs. One at a time....always. Good luck.
