Sparkplug

Any recommendations for a 4.0 with a 140,000 miles?

Replace your plugs with copper core original style plugs.

Not thing people commonly do is throw in platinum plugs etc, what they don't realize is that platinum plugs seem to wear faster, are more finicky and once worn cause 10x the resistance of a worn copper plug.

Remember that copper is still the best conductor.
