Speedo Adapter

The trans that I just put in my YJ is out of a Comanche, but the speedo is mechanical in it. The problem is that my YJ has an electric speedo. Does anyone know of any adapter or anything that I can use to make the speedo work with the new trans?

I remembered reading that the gear for the electric and mechanical where the same. Just one has electrical and the other has mechanical input. If im not mistaken {and I may be} you can pull the one from your old t-case and use it in the new t-case.

The speedo gear is in the transfer case, not the transmission. Did you change the T-case too?

Here's a '93 vehicle speed sensor (top) and a '90 speedometer cable output with a '91 VSS attached.

Yes the transfer case was changed too. It has a np207 transfer case.

I read somewhere that you can use a VSS for a 92 Dodge W150 and it will work. Does anyone know how to go about doing this??
