What will putting the leaf springs over the axles do besides lift it a couple more inches. Does it screw stuff up? I already have the wedges in so my driveshafts at the right angle..

Springs over the axle or better known as an SOA lift. Will give you an additional 5.5"-6" of lift.

There are many other things that need changed if you go that route. Steering, brake lines, shocks, and driveshafts all need attention if you do an SOA lift.

Any lift over 2" is going to require driveline adjustments. Over 4" is going to require steering, driveline, brake line, adjustments. But SOA is a great way to lift a Jeep if you address all those issues. Lots of threads here on how to & how not to do a SOA lift.

It is not a bolt on project.

My jeeps already lifted 4" so I've already had all my break lines extended, all new shocks, the wedges in rear end so I don't have too much of an angle on the drive shaft, I'm not positive about the steering but I'm sure it's been done too.. Would I need to extend them all even more?

That depends if you're going SOA with the springs you have or not. With your springs, you'll be at 9.5" of lift. You'll need a SYE, new driveshaft, high steering which I'm sure you don't have for SUA, extended brake lines, a rear anti-wrap bar, and new shocks. 9.5" of lift would be way too much anyway, and it definitely wouldn't be cheap and easy.
