squeaking front end

I greased my front tie rod and bearings recently and NOW the front end squeaks. It's mostly at slow speeds when I turn the wheels.. It's also bumps.

When I put grease in a couple spots, it spit out black grease that looked similar to rtv sealant. Should I put more grease in or have I caused a big problem?

Which bearings? You may need to make sure you greased the ball joints also on the steering knuckle upper and lower they will generally squeek with power steering in a dry turn (not rolling). But if you moved some crap out I would grease again until you see the same grease cme out that you are putting in. If any joints aren't flowing old grease out you can support the front end on jacks taking all the pressure off and then grease while supported, again until you see new grease coming out. Not all the joints will want to let the grease go sometimes you will notice the rubber expanding. Give it a try.
