Squealing Noise 95 4L

I've got a squealing noise coming from either the Alternator or belt when an additional load (heater, lights, ect..) is put on the electrical system. It also occurs when I start the jeep up as well. The Battery, alternator and belt are less then a year old. The tension seems to be fine on the belt as well. Any help would be great...I originally replaced the alternator and belt last March when the problem got unbearable and it went away for a few weeks then started up again..HELP Please.

try spraying teflon spray on each of your pulleys one at a time to see which one is causing it. don't spray it on the belt just the center bolt of the pulley and I would start with your idler pulley first i had to replace mine on my jeep because the bearings were dry.
